2. User Obligations
When using LabLeaz, you must comply with the following rules:
- Legal Uploads: Ensure that uploaded files are lawful and that you possess the necessary rights to use and process them. Uploading files related to illegal activities or those that infringe on others' rights is strictly prohibited
- Prohibition of Malicious Behavior: You must not perform any actions that could compromise the stability or security of the website, including spreading malware, attempting unauthorized system access, conducting network attacks, or abusing resources.
- Academic Use Only: LabLeaz is for academic use only. Any non-academic or unauthorized use of LabLeaz services is the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Processing of User Uploaded Files
File Storage and Deletion: Files uploaded by users will be encrypted and stored on the server for at least three months.
File Ownership: The ownership of the files uploaded by users belongs to the users. LabLeaz may use these files for service optimization or technical improvement purposes.
4. Subscription, Refund, and Charging Policy
LabLeaz adopts a subscription system. After you subscribe to the service, the system will automatically charge the next period's fee after the subscription period expires. You can cancel the next subscription at any time, but the fees already charged will not be refunded. LabLeaz offers a trial plan to allow users to understand our services before choosing to subscribe.
5. Content Accuracy and Limitation of Liability
LabLeaz uses AI to generate content intended for academic reference only. LabLeaz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated content. Users are responsible for verifying its accuracy, and LabLeaz assumes no liability for any consequences arising from its use.
6. Service Interruption and Technical Issues
LabLeaz will do its best to provide stable and uninterrupted services, but is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, legal changes, technical failures, etc.) or other factors beyond our control. LabLeaz is not liable for any compensation for technical issues, service delays, or interruptions.
7. Academic Use Disclaimer
LabLeaz services are intended for academic use only. If users employ LabLeaz services for non-academic purposes, they are solely responsible for any resulting consequences, legal or otherwise.
8. Service Modification and Termination
LabLeaz reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time. We will notify users of major changes (such as price adjustments or feature changes) in advance and provide a reasonable response time. If users do not agree to the changes, they can cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.
9. Severability Clause
If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable for any legal reason, the invalidity of that part will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other parts, which will continue to be valid.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to LabLeaz services should be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If a consensus cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute should be submitted to the judicial jurisdiction court where LabLeaz operates for adjudication.
11. Right to Modify Terms
LabLeaz reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. When we modify the terms, we will publish the updated terms on the website. If you continue to use LabLeaz, you are deemed to agree to and accept the updated terms.
