- User Uploaded Content: When you upload PDF format papers to our system to use the service, we will save these files and process their content.

3. File Processing and Storage
Uploaded files will be encrypted and stored on our servers for at least three months.
The files you upload still belong to you. LabLeaz may use these files for service optimization or technical improvement purposes.
4. Subscription, Refund, and Charging Policy
LabLeaz adopts a subscription system. After you subscribe to the service, the system will automatically charge the next period's fee after the subscription period expires. You can cancel the next subscription at any time, but the fees already charged will not be refunded. LabLeaz offers a trial plan to allow users to understand our services before choosing to subscribe.
5. Content Accuracy Responsibility
LabLeaz uses AI technology to generate presentations and notes. We strive to improve the accuracy of the content, but these contents are for reference only. LabLeaz does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
6. Limitation of Liability
LabLeaz is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, legal changes, technical failures, etc.) or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure service stability but do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or error-free.
7. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they upload, ensuring that the uploaded files have legal rights and do not infringe on any third party's rights or violate legal regulations. Users must not engage in any behavior that may harm system stability or security, such as spreading malware, conducting network attacks, or abusing website resources.

LabLeaz reserves the right to modify or update this privacy policy at any time. If we make significant changes to the privacy policy, we will notify users in advance and provide a reasonable transition period for you to adapt to the new policy.
9. Severability Clause
If any part of this policy is invalid or unenforceable for any legal reason, the invalidity of that part will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other parts, which will continue to be valid.
